Leni Zumas is the author of the story collection Farewell Navigator and the novel The Listeners, which was a finalist for the 2013 Oregon Book Award. Her work has appeared
in Quarterly West, Open City, Sal Hill, New Orleans Review, Keyhole, New York Tyrant, Columbia, and elsewhere. A Fellow in
Fiction from the New York Foundation for the Arts and an Artist-in-Residence in the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council's Workspace program, she has also received fellowships from Yaddo,
Hedgebrook, the MacDowell Colony, the Millay Colony, the Djerassi Resident Artists Program, and the University of Massachusetts.
